IfcColourSpecification
Definition from ISO/CD 10303-46:1992: The colour specification
entity contains a direct colour definition. Colour component values refer
directly to a specific colour space.
NOTE: Corresponding STEP
name: colour_specification. It has been made into an abstract entity in IFC.
Please refer to ISO/IS 10303-46:1994, p. 138 for the final definition of the
formal standard.
